Everything You Need To Know
QuickBuck provides a user friendly and good looking platform whereby Recruiters and Job Seekers can connect with one another. This is done through advanced software of matching Recruiters to Job Seekers based on the specific skills required to perform the requested job. This eliminates the difficulty of someone having to search for a job online (Job Seeker) and also eliminates the difficulty of having to search for someone to perform the service you require (Recruiter).
How it works
Recruiters
- The journey begins for a Recruiter by downloading the app and signing up as either a Recruiter, Seeker or Both (JS + R) profile.
- Once you have signed up and into the app, Recruiters are encouraged to post jobs/tasks on to the app that they require. This is done by clicking the 3 lines in the top left corner, navigating to “My Jobs” tab, clicking the “+” icon and creating your desired Job.
- Once the Job is created, keep an eye out on your home page or for notifications of Job Seekers that have applied for your specific Job.
- On the home page, you will be able to click on the applicant and see all the desired information, which includes (but not limited to) Ratings, Reviews, Mutual Friends on Facebook as well as description and picture.
- You will then be able to swipe right (or left to decline) on an applicant you are interested in to enter the interview stage and chat to the applicant to find out whatever information you require.
- Once you are satisfied with your desired applicant, in the chat there is a button on the top right that says “Approve / Hire”. Tap this button to confirm your applicant.
- After the Job is completed, you must navigate to your Job (under the My Jobs tab) and tap the button that says Complete and Pay. Once this button is clicked you will be guided to Rate and Review the Job Seeker and the process ends.
Job Seekers
- The journey begins for a Job Seeker by downloading the app and signing up as either a Job Seeker, Recruiter or Both (JS + R) profile.
- On the home page you will see any jobs that relate directly to your skills entered and the Radius set from your current location. If you cannot find any Jobs, please tap the search icon in the top right corner and remove any filters you may have. Once all filters have been removed, click search, and you will be able to find all available jobs on the app.
- Then you can begin swiping on Jobs you are interested in performing. Once you have swiped to apply for a Job, the Recruiter will see your profile on their side of the app and decide whether to interview you or not. If the Recruiter also swipes right on you, you will be able to chat to one another to finalize any further details.
- Once the job is completed, you will be guided to Rate and Review the Recruiter and the money will be transferred in to your in-app wallet immediately.
- To withdraw these funds, navigate to the My Wallet tab, enter your amount and click withdrawal. It is extremely important in this case that your bank account details (located in My Account) are accurate so once the withdrawal request is created – we pay the money in to the correct account.
